Results-driven leader James Knight is the former CEO, chairman, and president of Knight Industries, LLC, a large manufacturer and distributor of building materials with plants across the globe. After building successful Celotex Fiberboard into the world's largest fiberboard producer, he moved into a marketing position with Sun Valley Resort in Idaho, where he led an analysis of economic drivers in the area, resulting in strategic recommendations that have all been implemented. Since 2010, he has served as president of Pelletco, LLC, a startup in Maine focusing on renewable energy. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations, marketing, and business development. His key role, however, has been to drive business development, and in 16 months, he has achieved a net positive cash flow based on $1.5 million in seed funding and a $1.5 million development grant.
